Quassy amusement park is opening a new attraction in Australia’s second biggest city, Adelaide.
Disneyland Paris has confirmed it will open a new themed ride at the park on July 1, the first time the park has done so since the launch of the park in 2013.
The park will be the first of its kind in Australia and is expected to attract around 2 million guests a year.
“We are very excited to be opening the park to the public,” said Park Manager Andrew Laidlaw.
It is the first Disney-themed attraction in South Australia.
Quassy, which opened in 2012, is a fun-filled attraction with attractions including a new theme park and a new riverboat experience.
We have built a new, innovative ride at Quassy and will open it this summer, Mr Laidaw said.
This will be a great opportunity for the community to see our guests first hand, he said.
The park is due to open in the summer of 2019.
Aquatic Adventures and Aquatic Adventures Australia have been appointed as the park’s operators.
