
Nintendo has a brand-new theme park set to launch in the US in 2017, the company announced today.
The park will be called the Nintendo Adventure park, and it will feature a new Mario-themed area, Mario Circuit, and an expanded version of the theme park that is currently being built.
The park will also feature attractions like a new Star Tours attraction, Mario and Luigi Power Tennis, and a Mario Kart-themed racetrack.
Nintendo also announced today that it will release a Mario-centric card game in the form of the Nintendo Card Game series.
The company also revealed that a new Nintendo Wii U game called The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild will also be released in 2017.
The game is slated for release sometime in early 2017.
A number of games that have been previously announced for the amusement park include the upcoming Wii U and Nintendo 3DS games Animal Crossing: Happy Home Designer and Super Mario Odyssey, and new games like Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3D, Mario Party 10, and the upcoming Star Wars Battlefront II.
Nintendo’s theme park will reportedly be the first of a line of parks that will be based on Nintendo’s next-generation console, the NX, which will debut in 2020.
The company also announced that it plans to bring Mario Kart to the amusement parks in 2021.
